"Squat variations"

Your leg muscles are some of the largest ones in the body, so using them certainly burns more calories than upper body alone ๐Ÿ™Œ
I have put together a great workout this week utilising glutes, quads, calves, adductors and a bit of a cardio ๐Ÿ’ฅ
Complete 4 rounds of the following - 
๐Ÿ”ฅ1 min wall sit (option to add weight on your legs with a plate)
๐Ÿ”ฅ20 x parallell squat onto bench or bosu ball
๐Ÿ”ฅ10 x Single leg squat each leg sitting on the bench after each reps and actively engaging core and glutes to execute the stand
๐Ÿ”ฅ20 x jump squats
๐Ÿ”ฅ20 x Sumo criss cross (with 3 pulses at the bottom)
Oh my, I can't feel my legs ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜œ
