"Peanut Butter Choc Balls"

Chocolate + Peanut Butter = A match made in heaven 😇

If you are after a yummy sugar free afternoon snack that will keep you satisfied till dinner give my Peanut Butter Choc Balls a crack! 

2 Tablespoon Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate)
2 Tablespoon LSA
2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (heaped tbsp of course)
1 Tablespoon Cacao
2 teaspoon chia seeds
2 Tablespoon of your choice of nuts/seeds (I love Pepitas and Macadamias)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Approx 8 drops of Stevia
1-2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Method:
Throw everything into your blender, Thermi or Bellini and blitz for 40 seconds. Check mixture and if needed add a dash of water to get a suitable consistency that allows you to be able to roll the mixture into balls in your hands. Blitz again. Roll balls and store in freezer! I like to eat them cold but you can leave them to soften for a few minutes before eating if you prefer.
