"School Holiday Workout"
More School holiday fun 🙌🏼 This is a great way to incorporate movement through the school holidays with your little ones or big ones 😉
Take turns in writing down your choices of exercises and reps on a pieces of paper or on paddle pop sticks like we have done here.
You can choose any exercises you like but here are a few that we picked:
- 30 Mountain Climbers
- 20 Squat Jumps
- 4 x stair runs
- 20 tomato tin shoulder presses
- Run to the corner
Put them all in a jar or container and when you have some time during the day take turns in picking out one exercise at a time, completing each one as you go. Once done, pull out your next exercise and continue in this way for an agreed length of time.
