Workout Wednesday

"Partner Workout!"

This is a workout hubby and I did over the long weekend while we were away. Great sweat up and of course always that much more fun when you have someone along side of you πŸ’

We did Tomaree Headland in Port Stephens which took about 20 min up and back including a rest at the top and a few pics πŸ“·β›° That view takes my breath away every time so I can’t help but take a moment to take it all in! You can choose your own route depending on where you are - something challenging that you can do together. We then completed the following:

100 Sit ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air squats

These are the combined total reps. 

Person A completes 100 skips or 50 double unders whilst Person B completes max effort of the sit-ups. 

Switch over every time the person finishes their 100 skips or 50 double unders. 

Continue till all reps of the sit-ups, push-ups and air squats are done βœ…

This part took us 21 min πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Finish with 2 rounds of a 2 min plank and 20 toe reaches!
