24 mins and you are done πŸ’ͺ

Use a timer up to set 30 sec intervals x 12 with a 1 min recovery at the end of each round (I use seconds pro) β±β±
.
Start with 30 secs jacks (sometimes known as star jumps 😜)
Follow the sequence attached one after the other with no break πŸ€—
Once completed rest for 1 min and repeat the sequence 3 more times with a break after each set πŸ™Œ
.
Note πŸ“ alternate the lunges by starting with legs together- lunge fwd on right and return then left ,alternating legs for 30 secs
.
This workout can be done anywhere πŸ˜€
