"May - Member of the Month"

We already had this Stellar beauty flagged for May Member of the Month and then we did her assessment last week…and it 110% cemented her spot πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ’«πŸ†

Congratulations Sonia you should be super proud of yourself! In just 6 weeks you have reduced your waist measurement by 7cm which is inspirational and clearly a reflection of the changes you have made to your Nutrition AND seen an awesome improvement in all three of your fitness tests πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

You really have been so consistent with your attendance and in your intensity during classes and you are obviously reaping the rewards of your commitment!

Sonia took a moment to answer the Member of the Month questions and here is what she had to say. 

1. What is your biggest achievement since joining our health & fitness group? My overall fitness has improved and love coming to class. Working out is no longer a chore. Oh and losing 7cms on my waist!

2. What is your favourite type of workout? X-trainer…I love the variety!

3. What is your main health and fitness goal for the next 12 months? Being able to run non stop for 6kms.

4. Share your favourite recipe with us? The spiced lamb cutlets with tomato and parsley salad so quick and tasty! (Recipe in the Stellar 6 Week Nutrition Guide)
