All you need is a set of dumbbells for this workout and you will complete:
Thruster x 16 reps
Bicep Curl x 16 reps
Sumo upright row x 16 reps
Lateral raise x 16 reps
Tricep kickback x 16 reps
Rest for 60 seconds. Repeat 4-5 times 💪🏼
