Complete 4-5 rounds of the following set –

πŸ”Ί20 x reverse curl with double leg lowers (regress to single leg as demonstrated if needed and/or place your hands under your pelvis to keep your hips in a neutral position)

πŸ”Ί8 x side plank with twist each side (drop to your knee if needed)
πŸ”Ί20 x travelling plank on toes or knees – 10 each arm
