"Dice Game Finisher!"
Most of you know I love a game 😉 and here is a simple little one to test your upper body and core strength. It would be a fun one to crack out as a finisher with your training buddy or even get your kids involved - guaranteed to have everyone laughing 😆 or crying 😭 either is fun!
All you need is a 🎲 and a timer set for 3 minutes.
Person 1 holds a high plank position.
Person 2 rolls the 🎲 and whatever number rolled is the number of push-ups Person 1 has to complete.
The idea is to go straight from the high plank position into your push-ups staying on your toes or knees for the three minutes or longest time possible (of course ensuring you keep👌🏼 form).
