"Better than Botox, Bone Broth!"

Fuel your Winter ❄️ and help heal your gut!

Bone broth is incredibly rich in healing compounds like collagen and glutamine just to name a few. These vitamins and minerals support the immune system and help heal your gut lining and reduce inflammation. Some even say that its better than botox! WINNER WINNER chicken dinner…I mean…WINNER WINNER chicken broth 😝

Ingredients:

2 carrots
2 celery stalks
3 garlic
1 onion
1.5kg of chicken bones/beef or a combo
Salt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method:

- Place bones and chopped veggies in slow cooker.
- Cover with water and season with Salt. 
- Add your ACV.
- Cook on low and cook for approx. 24 hours.
- Strain the broth and cool. A good broth will usually have a layer of fat on the top, and will gelatinize when thoroughly cooled so you will need to remove the fat with a spoon and discard.
