You little legend πŸ’ͺ🏼 A massive congratulations to this beauty for being chosen as our June Member of the Month!

Esther brings such a positive energy to classes and its an absolute pleasure to have her as part of the Stellar Community! She has recently increased her classes (as part of our June 30 Day members challenge) and has been committed and consistent with achieving her goal πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Way to go girl!

We love love love her commitment and consistency and it makes us so happy to see her embracing a healthy and balanced diet.

Esther took the time to answer our member of the month questions and here is what she had to say:

1. What is your biggest achievement since joining our health & fitness group?

πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I got into training in a big way before my kids and I finally feel like I've finally found that magic again! I think just maintaining consistent training has beenmy biggest achievement - very hard to do with a busy schedule.

2. What is your favourite type of workout?

πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I love anything with weights but I've been trying to push past my running phobia lately!

3. What is your main health and fitness goal for the next 12 months?

πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈIncreased endurance, bit of weight loss, the ever-elusive flat tummy...

4. Share your favourite recipe with us?

πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈThere is a 'chicken curry with cauliflower rice' recipe from the Stellar collection that is delicious and great for winter. Our whole family loves it.

5. Hit us with your favourite motivational quote

πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈβ€It's never too late." To start training, or get back into training. Don't overthink it, just keep turning up!
