"Say no to the short cut..."

MY CHALLENGE FOR YOU! Join me tomorrow in saying no to the short cut and yes to the long way round!

I challenge you to think of ways to incorporate more steps into your day. Give yourself a target and see how many steps you can reach tomorrow (Thursday) and I want to know about it!

If you normally consistently reach a certain number of steps, tomorrow up 👆🏼your goal by 2,000 and go that extra mile 😉 If you don’t normally track them, start with 10,000 and even if you don’t have a fitness tracker watch you can always just keep your phone on you and the Health App will capture your steps....there really is no excuse.

Last Thursday I hit around 17,000 so this week I’m going to hit 19,000, hell let’s just round it up to 20,000 😬 Sometimes I don’t know what I’m thinking when I come up with these little challenges 🙈

Who is with me?? Get your kids on board (they love this stuff as much as me 😆) and amongst it!
