"Training with kids"

Do you use it as an excuse not to exercise? 🤔Not anymore! 🙌😝

Here is a little workout you can do with your kids during the break. It’s lots of fun and there will be plenty of laughing too 🤣😂

Get your partner and the kids involved.
.
Start with a walk, run or bike ride with the family. My 10 year old son and I did a 3.5km run together (well sort of, he was way in front of me so technically we ran on our own 😂 ).

Complete 3 sets of this sequence together 👇🏻
.
1️⃣ Piggy back sumo squats (be sure to tell your little one to lean into your body when you squat or you might fall backwards) x 10 reps
.
2️⃣ Partner push-ups with hand claps (opposite hands) x 10 reps
.
3️⃣ Partner sit ups with high 10’s x 10 reps
.
