🔺Start standing and walkout to plank
🔺Pike tap right hand to left shin
🔺high plank hold
🔺Pike tap left hand to right shin
🔺Tricep push-up to low hold
🔺Back bend
🔺V- stretch
🔺3 legged v-stretch left leg
🔺Into plank with lateral knee pull -left knee to left elbow
🔺3 legged v-stretch left leg
🔺Tiger curl - left knee to chest
🔺3 legged v-stretch left leg
🔺Into plank with diagonal knee pull - left knee to right elbow
🔺Hip opener stretch left leg
🔺V- stretch
🔺High plank
🔺Walk hands back to feet and roll up to standing

🔹Repeat sequence on the right side 🤗
.
Do 6 rounds in total - 3 on the left and 3 on the right. Enjoy 🧘🏻‍♀️
