Workout Wednesday

"Body weight training"

Yippee! It's workout Wednesday time.

I love a quick, snappy workout but don't be fooled. Even though it's short, it's an absolute burner!

All you will need is a skipping rope ( you can always substitute skips for high knee runs on the spot if you don't have a rope)

Start with 200 skips then complete the 5 exercises below -

50 x squats

50 x Burpees

50 x split lunges lunges (25 each side - always halve the reps for lunges)

50 x Pushups (incline, decline, knees or toes)

50 x Ab crunches (or reverse crunches if you have muscle separation)

Repeat 200 skips then complete 40 reps each of your 5 exercises

Repeat 200 skips then complete 30 reps each of your 5 exercises

Repeat 200 skips then complete 20 reps each of your 5 exercises 

Repeat 200 skips then complete 10 reps each of your 5 exercises 

Congratulations you made it!!

Be sure to stretch all of your major muscle groups when you cool down :)
