"Feel the burn with these hill sprints!"

After Dani’s “5 TOP RUNNING TIPS” that she posted last Wednesday (if you haven’t read it - do) I thought it was an opportune time to share with y’all one of my favourite local hill sessions!

I have a love 💕 hate 😈 relationship with the Anzac Bridge ramp in Pyrmont but at the end of the day it really is the goods 👌🏼 If you want a fat burning running workout that will also help increase your fitness, endurance and strength AND leave you feeling amazeballs afterwards then this should be at the top of your list!

In fact, it just so happens that its at the very top of MY list next Sunday 19th August at 7am and this is on the agenda:

Every 3 min x 10 rounds complete one Ramp sprint (first light post to the last at the top) with a recovery run back down and rest at the bottom till the next 3 min interval 🏃🏽‍♀️💦🔥

I’d love a buddy or two or three so holla if you are keen to join me or feel free to tackle it alone 😉
