"Stair Workout"

Anyone (other than our Wednesday Bootcamp group πŸ˜‰) checked out the new Stairs that have opened up near the Tramsheds? If not, make sure you get there and while you’re there give this a go πŸ’¦πŸ”₯πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Single step stair sprint, jog back down + Double step stair sprint, jog back down

Then complete:

10 Reverse Lunges (Jumping Lunges if you’re game!)
10 Air Squats (Jump squats)
10 Push-ups

Repeat all x 6 rounds!
