🤷🏻♀️ What is Nutritional Yeast?
Nutritional yeast is a food additive made from a single- celled organism, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, which is grown on molasses and then harvested, washed, and dried with heat to kill or “deactivate” it. It is Gluten free, sugar free and kosher.
There are a number of ways to incorporate it into your meals but my favourites are sprinkled over my veggies, added to my salad/bowl dressing or mixed in with some homemade popcorn 🍿😉🙌🏼 Delicious!!!!
