Recently I stumbled across wraps made from coconut meat, coconut water and unrefined coconut oil 🥥
What a find! You can buy these in woolworths or a health food store 👍
.
My question is, do you include coconut in your diet? Here are a few reasons to consider adding this amazing fruit to your meals 👇🏻
