“Be where your feet are”

In a world that demands more and more of our attention it really is so important that we take steps to make the here and now a priority. I don’t know about you but I find that moments feel like they just slip away from us because we are too concerned with the past, future and what everyone else is doing.

I’m trying to make a few small shifts to be more present starting with practicing mindfulness for 10 minutes each morning when I wake up for one week. Definitely not something I am comfortable with hey let’s give it a go and see where it takes me 😉

Has anyone else done something similar and found it beneficial? Or maybe you have some other suggestions for me? Please comment below 🙏🏼
