Only got a small space to work out in? No problems....Give this super simple sweaty workout a crack πŸ‘‡πŸΌπŸ‘‡πŸΌπŸ‘‡πŸΌ It took me about 20 min to complete - let me know how you go πŸ˜‰

Complete:

200 skips or 100 Double Unders
20 burpees
20 squats

180 skips or 90 Double Unders
18 burpees
18 squats

Continue reducing the skips by 20 or if you are doing Double Unders reduce by 10 and the burpees and air squats by 2 until you reach..

20 skips or 10 Double Unders
2 burpee
2 squats
