Keeping in the theme of swimming …
A few people have mentioned to me since my post on Monday that they’d love to do more swimming so I thought I’d share a straight forward swimming workout.
If this is too much volume for you, just do one round of the warm up and make them 25m sprints if needed or reduce the number. On the other hand if you want something more challenging do 10 sets of the sprints.
