An idea is just a thought until we write it down and then it becomes a goal ๐Ÿ™Œ

Do you currently have a goal you are dreaming of? It could be anything! Fitness, nutrition, work or family based.

S- specific
M- measurable
A- attainable
R- relevant
T - time bound

An example might be to improve cardio fitness. Currently you can only run 500m without stopping and would like to run 2km within 4 weeks time ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ
.
It would be unrealistic to set a goal to run 10km in 4 weeks time although 2km is attainable ๐Ÿ‘
.
Goals help you focus on the desired outcome. If they are achievable and relevant to your dream it will keep you motivated and accountable to write them down and you are more likely to action it ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป
