I know this is a topic I may not get a lot of support for but......πŸ™ˆ

......after chatting with a few clients lately it seems that for some of us, our more relaxed approach to what we were consuming over the Summer Holidays hasn’t quite eased up πŸ™Š So I thought for those of you who maybe let Feb fast slip by, now is as good as time as any to join together and have a break from the booze 🍷🍾🍸

What do YOU think about skipping the booze this week or even for the month of March?

I know some of us have already done this recently and are feeling amazing for it, but there might be some of you who have been meaning to but hadn’t quite committed.

Cutting back on alcohol has a looooong list of benefits...

Improves gut health and sleep, reduces the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, some cancers and liver disease. Boosts your energy levels and aids in weight loss….and you might even notice that your skin suddenly looks clearer!

Going without alcohol can be a great time to pay attention, and notice how we feel without it, and what role it actually plays in our daily lives. For myself, I came to a realisation that I relied on alcohol to relax me...which if you think about it really isn’t a great dependency to have πŸ˜•

I know it can be nice to order a beer or a glass of wine when you’re out to eat…. but just for this week or even month would you consider going without?
