“Tumeric Latte”

☕️ Jazz up your day with this Turmeric Latte!

Not being a coffee drinker this Turmeric Latte is my go to soul warming beverage on these colder days. Not only is it delicious but it is also loaded with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties and promotes good gut health 🙌🏼

Ingredients:

350ml almond milk (or your preferred plant milk)

¼ tsp ground turmeric

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground ginger

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup (to taste)

Sprinkle of black pepper

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and stirring constantly over a gentle heat. Once hot (but not boiling), pour into mugs and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon to serve.
