Min 1: 24 x Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
Min 2: 12 x Burpee over the Dumbbell
Min 3: 8 x Overhead single arm Lunges (each arm eg 16 in total)
Min 4: 100 Single skips or 50 Double Unders
Repeat 5 times. Scale as needed.
