This is a great little workout for the back of the arms πŸ€—
.
You could do this as a quick workout at home with a chair, in a park using a bench and band or add it to the end of a longer workout as a finisher! πŸ‘
.
Set a timer and do 45 secs of each exercise with a 15 sec rest in between ⏲
.
πŸ”ΊTricep dips
πŸ”ΊTricep pushups on a bench
πŸ”ΊTricep kickback with a band (you could also use a small set of weights here instead if you have them)
.
Complete 3-4 rounds πŸ’₯
.
