Feel the tricep burn ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This is a great little workout for the back of the arms ๐Ÿค—
.
You could do this as a quick workout at home with a chair, in a park using a bench and band or add it to the end of a longer workout as a finisher! ๐Ÿ‘
.
Set a timer and do 45 secs of each exercise with a 15 sec rest in between โฒ
.
๐Ÿ”บTricep dips
๐Ÿ”บTricep pushups on a bench
๐Ÿ”บTricep kickback with a band (you could also use a small set of weights here instead if you have them)
.
Complete 3-4 rounds ๐Ÿ’ฅ
