πŸ”Ί Whole oats cooked as per packet instruction with chosen milk, water or coconut water
πŸ”Ί1/3 cup shredded coconut
πŸ”Ί 1 green apple quartered
πŸ”Ί 3 pitted dates
πŸ”Ί 1/3 cup roast almonds (pecans or macadamia will also work)
πŸ‘‰ Roughly chop together in food processor or thermomix
πŸ‘‰Top oats with coconut yoghurt, 3 tbs of cada and a few slices of banana
πŸ‘‰You can also use a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter 🍯
