THE 4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ CHALLENGE

Take on this 400 Challenge and get ready to sweat bullets 💦🏃🏻‍♀️🙌🏼

This workout uses no equipment so whether you are at home, on your lunch break or away on holidays this is the perfect go to!

PART A.
100 Walking lunges then 4 x 100m Sprint (100 skips) resting 30 sec in between each effort.

PART B.
100 Burpees (Burpee off step) then 4 x 100m Sprint (100 skips) resting 30 sec in between each effort.

PART C.
100 Box jumps (Step ups) then 4 x 100m Sprint (100 skips) resting 30 sec in between each effort.

PART D.
100 Sit ups (25 single leg reach + 25 reverse curls x 2 rounds) then 4 x 100m Sprint (100 skips) resting 30 sec in between each effort.
