I’m not going to lie, this is a tough session that is guaranteed to have you sweating bullets 💦 Don’t mind if I do 💁🏻‍♀️😉😆

Find a set of stairs and complete...

8 rounds of:

1 x stair sprint (recovery jog down)
1 x 50m flat sprint (recovery job back)
1 x double stair sprint ie two steps at a time (recovery job back)
Rest 1 min

A super simple warm up to get you ready for this would be a light jog followed by 30 seconds of high knees, bum kicks, lunges, squats x 2 rounds + 1 round through of the above at medium intensity before hitting the 8 rounds hard!
