“Partner Workout”

Yasssssss!!! This mornings session was so much fun....I even jumped in and did it with these girls cause I had too much FOMO 🙈

Its simple, just grab your mate and complete the following with one person working and one person resting (reps are total). Break up reps however you like.

50 Burpees

4 x 50m sprints (each)

100 Pushups

4 x 50m sprints (each)

150 Walking Lunges

4 x 50m sprints (each)

200 Squats

4 x 50m sprints (each)

150 Walking Lunges

4 x 50m sprints (each)

100 Pushups

4 x 50m sprints (each)

50 Burpees

(40 min time cap)
