“Lunch Box friendly Apple Pie Bliss Balls”

Many bliss balls contain nuts which make them a no go for school lunch boxes but these ones get the lunch box tick of approval ✅ and another big tick for tastiness ✅

I’d encourage you to get your kids involved in making them or even get them to do it all if they are old enough and also make them on the smaller size as I’ve found this tends to be more appealing to children.

Ingredients:

90g pitted medjool dates
80g dried apple pieces
45g rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender, food processor or Thermomix and blitz until they are all combined.

2. Roll the mixture into bite sized balls and enjoy.

3. They are good to go immediately but if you aren't eating them straight away store in an airtight container in the fridge.

4. Can be frozen.

These make such a great, healthy bite size treat for your kids school lunch box....or for yourself with a herbal tea in the afternoon 😉 Enjoy!
