I can't go past a beef stroganoff in winter. I sometimes serve it with mashed potato or sweet potato instead of pasta and other times just load it with other veges such as carrot, broccoli and squash or zucchini instead and have without pasta or mash 🤷♀️
This salad exudes pure happiness and is one of my regular go-to's because generally Ill have all of these ingredients already in my fridge/pantry so its easy to throw it together!
