Chicken Kiev.

I made this last night for dinner along with some steamed Zucchini and Broccoli and it was a massive hit in my household. The kids loved it :)

The recipe is for a Bellini or thermomix although you can use a food processor as well. I would count 1 1/2 serves of fat and 1 serve of protein in your macronutrient allowance as per nutrition plan.
