Here is a great little HIIT workout you could do in a hotel gym or even in your backyard if you have a step. A low bench in the park would also work. You can do the workout without weights but if you have them, bonus! 🔥🔥
Went and checked out the hotel gym and was a little under whelmed with what equipment was on offer so had to change my plans and rearrange the room but in the end it turned out to be a cracking workout!
This is one of my new favs from Teresa Cutter….it is just one big cup of yumminess! I don’t do the Chocolate Drizzle because it is enough deliciousness without it and often I’m running short of time ;)
