I love training women and helping them improve their life. Over the past 2 year I have grown a passion for boxing and Muay Thai and love combining this with HIIT and strength training.
I have always enjoyed fitness, but gained weight in high school due to lack of exercise and poor food choices. When I turned 16, I decided to change this, I started attending the local gym with my mum and ever since then I haven’t stopped training. It has helped me grow as a person, improve my mental health and the physical results were just an added bonus.
I believe you have to be improving your mental and physical health together, they are both equally as important. Moving your body, eating well, getting enough sleep and taking time for yourself are so important. Fitness is about finding balance and seeing what works for you.
I am so happy to part of the Stellar Fitness team and love the sense of community, support and hard work the ladies put in each week. If I haven’t meet you yet, I can’t wait too meet you!
