Member of the Month - September

A big congratulations to our September Member of the month!  The beautiful Rachel is a long standing member with us.  She attends 5+ Stellar sessions a week with a great mixture of X Trainer, HIIT, Boxing, Pilates and Small Group Reformer Classes.  The variation of class types allow her to get in effective strength and conditioning workouts as well as taking the time to strengthen her core and smaller muscle groups.

Rachel, you are such a dedicated member who is focussed on your training and on your nutrition, making you very deserving of this recognition.  As a small token of your efforts we would love you to enjoy lunch on us at Egg of the Universe Cafe in Rozelle.  Enjoy!  

Rachel took the time to answer the Member of the Month questions and here is what she had to say....

1. What is your biggest achievement since joining our health & fitness group? Increasing my overall strength and fitness and maintaining it long term.

2. What is your favourite type of workout? I love Xtrainer even the Lane Way! I'm also learning to love Pilates!

3.  What is your main health and fitness goal for the next 12 months? To maintain my fitness and remain injury free.

4. Share your favourite recipe with us? Cauliflower Fried Rice

5. Hit us with your favourite motivational saying? "Tomorrow is another day"
