Although I could barely put my socks on this morning or barely walk today lol, I just wanted to say thanks for the positive vibe you girls bring to the morning sessions. As a newbee and only 19 days into your program, I am really enjoying it and feeling much better already. So thanks.

Dear Jess and Dani....On reflection, for more than 15 years I've been treating exercise and... eating well merely as a means to a (short term) end, whether it was to look good on holidays, to fit into a particular dress, be a skinny bride - whatever it's been I've always had short bursts of intense dedication that have quickly fallen away once the 'event' is over.

Thanks for helping me see that I had my eye on the wrong prize - now I realize that exercise and good eating isn't a means to an end. I know now that it's way more important to be fit than to be skinny and being fit is going to make me a better wife, mother, friend and to be the best version of myself - physically, emotionally and spiritually.

This lesson is especially important for me now that I'm a mum and the very injuries and weaknesses I've sustained as a result of the pregnancy/birth have helped me appreciate the importance and value of being strong and healthy (not the importance of being skinny!)

When I joined Stellar, I'd never felt more physically or emotionally vulnerable in my life and although I'm not where I'd hoped I'd be physically after 3 months, I'm in a much better place emotionally.

More than anything, I've learnt to be kind to myself. I'm headed to the next stage of my life with a much healthier mindset due in large part to your guidance, encouragement and words of wisdom.

So thanks for your support, dedication, attention, humour and good fun. You've created such a lovely, supportive, fun, non judgmental culture and all the stellar girls have always been so friendly, understanding and funny.

I have been training with Dani and Jess for 3 months now and all I can say is, 'Wow, Wow, Wow!'
These ladies are amazing!

The transformation of my body in such a short amount of time is a credit to their knowledge, incredible support and constant motivation.

As a result of their training I have dropped 2 dress sizes (I'm now a size 6!) lost over 9kgs and I have so much more energy! I feel fitter and stronger than I ever have before.

I have never been a fan of exercising but Dani and Jess make working out fun! My decision to contact Dani about getting fit was one of the best things I have ever done for myself.

I started training with Dani and Jess around three years ago. I came from a background of triathlon and running and wanted to do some cross training for increasing strength and fitness.

I love the small group training (especially as I previously trained a lot on my own) and have definitely improved my strength and endurance, developed a great friendship with my fellow group  members, thoroughly enjoyed their company and enthusiastic support and loved seeing them also achieve great  results.

As for Dani and Jess... They have been amazing. Always encouraging, enthusiastic and dedicated. Their attitude  is always positive and they both inspiring, hardworking mums who clearly love what they do and put a lot of thought into their sessions etc.

Thanks ladies and participants for helping me enjoy fitness and fun.

I'm so glad I found Dani and Jess! After putting on much more weight than expected during my first pregnancy I didn't feel like myself. It took less than 3 months for them to get me back into my old jeans, feeling fitter and stronger than pre-pregnancy. For my second pregnancy I did pilates with them until well into my third trimester and started training again asap after giving birth.    

Dani and Jess are great trainers and all of their other clients are supportive, fun and inspirational. Looking at my before and after shots made me realise just how out of shape I was and I know that without Dani and Jess' help and expertise I wouldn't be anywhere near as strong, healthy and confident as I am now. Thanks so much!

I started training with Dani and Jess 10 weeks after my first son was born. I had put on nearly 20 kilos during the pregnancy and was feeling really sluggish and like my tummy muscles had totally evaporated! After a few months of training I could already see the results. I was fitter and stronger and could see my waist again. For the first time in my life I had biceps and abs and lost more than 10 kgs. I’ve always done exercise and been pretty fit but training with Dani and Jess took my health to a new level. I love the mix of cardio and weights and the great bunch of women I’ve met too.

The results I have achieved to date are largely due to the perfect combination of diverse training methods and easy to follow nutrition plans which have been adaptable.

My fitness and energy levels have improved immensely and I am loving all aspects of my exercise program.

I have been training with Dani and Jess twice a week for the past 4 months which is a success story in itself!

I have never been one to stick to a fitness program and tried every option under the sun however Dani and Jess are so warm, welcoming and positive that it would be hard to not want to come back.  The classes are small in size so you always feel like you are getting personalized attention and it is a great group of women so fun at the same time.  I genuinely look forward to my classes and would recommend Stellar to woman of any age and fitness level without hesitation.  Dani and Jess are superstars and will have you feeling like one too after your very first class!

I Started training with Dani & Jess in January 2014 , after my husband bought me 10 sessions for my birthday present in December 2013. Almost  2 years later, I have now told him that it was the best birthday present he has ever given me (and this includes a trip to New York for my 30th!). This is because training with them has been life-changing. It sounds clichéd but it's true!

Before joining Stellar, I had been through periods of my life when I was pretty fit. I have been a regular gym-goer, practised Bikram Yoga for several years and have had a few personal trainers. I had completed 5 half-marathons and generally tried to stay healthy.
However - nothing has compared to this.

I initially went once a week, but after a couple of months I increased it to two times per week, as I was enjoying it so much and already getting good results. I have been  regular twice-weekly attendance and I have never felt so fit and strong. I have also been injury-free for the whole year, which for a runner is a feat in itself. 

The classes have also really helped with my general mood. Being a mumcan obviously be draining and overwhelming at times, and the classes make me feel lighter in spirit and more resilient. Dani has an incredibly energetic, positive and encouraging attitude. Jess is also
an amazing trainer, so upbeat and motivated - it is impossible to be in a bad / lazy mood around these two! The classes are small enough to get personal attention but not so big that you get lost in the crowd, and risk doing the exercises incorrectly. It is also just a whole lot of fun to be part of a group of such positive and lovely women.

I am absolutely hooked!!

I have been training with Dani and Jess for over two years, in that time I have increased my fitness and changed my body beyond expectation.  After having three kids I needed to get back in to shape, increase my fitness and improve my strength for me as well as my family.  With their help, support and guidance I have not only achieved my goals but far exceeded them. I couldn't recommend Dani and Jess highly enough.

I started training with Dani & Jess in early 2014 after recommendations from friends.  After having 2 children and not having the time or enthusiasm to go to the gym I have not looked back since the day I started.  My overall goal was to lose weight, tone up and feel better about myself, not only physically but mentally as well.  With the help of Dani & Jess  I have achieved these goals within a short period of time.
