I started training with Dani and Jess 10 weeks after my first son was born. I had put on nearly 20 kilos during the pregnancy and was feeling really sluggish and like my tummy muscles had totally evaporated! After a few months of training I could already see the results. I was fitter and stronger and could see my waist again. For the first time in my life I had biceps and abs and lost more than 10 kgs. I’ve always done exercise and been pretty fit but training with Dani and Jess took my health to a new level. I love the mix of cardio and weights and the great bunch of women I’ve met too.
