I started training with Dani and Jess around three years ago. I came from a background of triathlon and running and wanted to do some cross training for increasing strength and fitness.

I love the small group training (especially as I previously trained a lot on my own) and have definitely improved my strength and endurance, developed a great friendship with my fellow group  members, thoroughly enjoyed their company and enthusiastic support and loved seeing them also achieve great  results.

As for Dani and Jess... They have been amazing. Always encouraging, enthusiastic and dedicated. Their attitude  is always positive and they both inspiring, hardworking mums who clearly love what they do and put a lot of thought into their sessions etc.

Thanks ladies and participants for helping me enjoy fitness and fun.
