I love a push-up because I truly do believe that it is a full body movement! When Im doing a pushup, its not just my upper body that is doing the work, my core is switched on and my lower body is engaged!
All you need for this workout is either a step, elevated concrete slab or park bench! 🙌 . If you have small dumbells you can use them for the step ups and single knee lift and if not, your own body weight is fine.
