Gosh I love working the abs! Complete 4 rounds of the following set of exercises and you will be sure to feel the burn!
Head to your local oval girls and give this one a crack to burn fat and increase your cardiovascular fitness!
If you don’t have access to a high step or bench you can always use a chair for the pushups/tricep dips and complete the abs on the floor with your hands by your side on the ground for the reverse curl 😀
