The reps and run decreases as you get further into the workout which means mentally you are winning and you should be able to keep up a high level of intensity throughout the workout ??
- 1km run (could be done on a treadmill if your in the gym)
…then 40 reps of your chosen movements eg:
- 40 x KB Swing
- 40 x KB Sumo High Pull
- 40 x KB Row
- 40 x KB Goblet Squat
- 800m run
…then 30 reps of your chosen movements eg:
- 30 x KB Swing
- 30 x KB Sumo High Pull
- 30 x KB Row
- 30 x KB Goblet Squat
- 600m run
…then 20 reps of your chosen movements eg:
- 20 x KB Swing
- 20 x KB Sumo High Pull
- 20 x KB Row
- 20 x KB Goblet Squat
- 400m run
…then 10 reps of your chosen movements eg:
- 10 x KB Swing
- 10 x KB Sumo High Pull
- 10 x KB Row
- 10 x KB Goblet Squat
- 200m run
