“Try and replace Sorry for Thank you…”

My name is Jess and I’m sorry but I’m a chronic apologiser 🙈

Have you ever noticed how many times you say “Sorry” for things? I think most of us are guilty of this.

Today, take note – I think you will be surprised.

We apologise for being late,

for brushing past someone,

for not doing enough,

doing too much,

talking too much,

too little,

for being upset,

being angry,

being disappointed,

being sad,

the list is endless...

Every time we say “Sorry” unnecessarily though we chip, chip, chip away at our self confidence. We feel guilt. We feel like we are not enough. We feel like we are less than.

The good news is however that most “Sorrys” can simply be replaced with a “Thank you”.

By doing this we magically shift negative energy from within ourselves and give warmth to those around us through gratitude and appreciation.

What a much more beautiful way to be.
