“EMOM workout”

This is a great little finisher for any workout! It gets the heart rate up ❤️⬆️ and the abs burning 🔥

You will need a timer. I use interval timer. Set it to beep every minute ⏱

👉 Start with 5 x burpees and then plank for the rest of the minute

👉 When you hear the beep, jump up and complete 6 x burpees and plank for the rest of the minute and so on until you reach 15 x burpees.

This is a 11 min workout! 👍
