"Overcoming the mental game of injury"

“Obstacles don’t have to stop you.  If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up.  Figure out how to climb it, go through it or work around it.”

There is no doubt about it, injuries suck!

Facing my own injury currently I have been thinking about some of our amazing members who despite facing an injury, continue turning up to training and work around it. I love that at Stellar we are able to provide those who need it modifications so that this is still possible…after all there is more than one to skin a cat huh!

I may not currently be able to do a lot of the exercises I love but don’t think that means I wont be smashing out my workouts and getting stronger in other ways!

I’m one lucky girl to have people around me in the Stellar Community and in my every day life that inspire me and demonstrate that although injury might be an excuse to quit, you don’t have to use it!

I hope that this is a little reminder for anyone who is facing something similar.
