"Double the Fun"

At Stellar we love our training buddies. It builds rapport and community, it’s motivating and challenging and most of all loads of fun!

So grab a friend and smash out 3 rounds of the following after you warm up with a power walk or jog

1. Long and high jump – shuffle back x 20
2. Walkout to ankle tap x 20 (10 each alternating - go as fast as you can)
3. Back to back squats – sit to stand x 10
4. Push up to high five x 20
5. Bridge lift x 10 (use resistance by pressing into each other’s feet to lift hips)
6. Criss Cross x 20 (press into each other’s feet)
