“Partner up”

Working out with a friend makes everything twice as fun! Right? 👯‍♀️
.
You don't need equipment for this one so if you are on holiday with family or friends grab a buddy and head down to the nearest beach or park and complete this workout together. If you have 4 people, partner up into 2 pairs and they do the same thing and make it a race between the teams 💪
.
Before you freak out about the reps know that you work as a team to complete them 😂
.
Note - Be sure to warm up your main muscles and joints prior to this workout and stretch afterwards 🙌

WORKOUT 🏋️‍♀️

🔺 Firstly mark out a 100m sprint length (50m away and 50 m back) Or you can substitute run for 100 skips with a rope if you have one
.
🔺Partner 1 will run 100m while partner 2 starts the first exercise on the list and completes as many reps as possible before partner 1 returns. Partner 2 will then run 100m while partner 1 continues through the reps, taking over from where partner 1 finished 👌🏻
.
🔺If you complete all 100 reps before the runner returns you move onto the reps for exercise 2 and so on until you complete all 4 exercises. There is always a runner and always somebody completing reps
.
🔺This distance and reps is ideal for a quick intensive workout. To make it more challenging and/or longer you can increase it to 200m run/ 200 reps of each or 400m run and 400 reps of each. You can of course choose any exercises you like (with or without equipment)😝

1️⃣ 100 x Pushups (knees or toes)
2️⃣ 100 x Squats or squat jumps
3️⃣ 100 x Burpees (modified on an incline if needed)
4️⃣ 100 x Ab crunches or Reverse crunches if you have muscle separation
.
Have fun with this one. It's hard work but well worth it 🙂
