“Garlic, chilli prawns”

Garlic, Chilli prawns 🌶🦐

3 TBS butter

3 TBS Olive Oil

2-3 cloves garlic minced

1/2 cup chicken stock or white wine

2 TBS fresh lemon juice

2 small bird eye chilli's (optional)

1/4 cup flat leaf parsley

1/2 TSP arrowroot powder for thickening

600g green prawns with or without tails

Method

-Finely chop or whiz in processor/thermomix chilli, garlic and parsley put aside

-Melt butter and oil together in frypan until slightly sizzling

-Add chilli, garlic and parsley stir until fragrant

-Add stock, lemon juice and arrowroot and stir until slightly thickened

-Add prawns and cook until just turned pink

-Serve with rice or cauliflower rice and greens of choice.

Serves 3-4
