"Lamb with Mint, Parsley with Pomegranate Salad"

Another of hubbys delicious dinners this week πŸ™ŒπŸΌ (I do actually make yummy meals but things just taste soooooo good when its been cooked by someone you love πŸ˜‰)

Whether this meal is cook for you or you do it yourself though it is a winner!

Salad Ingredients:

1 Cucumber, diced
1 Pomegranate, seeds removed
1 cup roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
1 cup roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley 1/4 cup roughly chopped hazelnuts, toasted 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Olive Oil and Lemon as dressing

Mix your salad ingredients and serve with your choice of Lamb cut that’s been cooked on the BBQ.
