/"Lamb with Mint, Parsley with Pomegranate Salad"
Another of hubbys delicious dinners this week ππΌ (I do actually make yummy meals but things just taste soooooo good when its been cooked by someone you love π)
Whether this meal is cook for you or you do it yourself though it is a winner!
Salad Ingredients:
1 Cucumber, diced
1 Pomegranate, seeds removed
1 cup roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
1 cup roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley 1/4 cup roughly chopped hazelnuts, toasted 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Olive Oil and Lemon as dressing
Mix your salad ingredients and serve with your choice of Lamb cut thatβs been cooked on the BBQ.
