“GET LIT WITH HIIT” 🔥

This 30-20-10 high intensity interval style running workout is super straight forward and perfect to increase fitness, burn fat and of course my number 1 pre-requisite, it’s FUN 💃🏻

A:
5 min warm up @ relaxed pace

REST 2 MIN

B:
🔥30 sec @ moderate pace
🔥🔥20 sec @ hard pace
🔥🔥🔥10 sec @ sprint
x 6 ROUNDS

REST 2 MIN

REPEAT B 1-2 more times

C:
5 min cool down @ relaxed pace/walk

🔥= Could maintain for a long distance and talking is easy
🔥🔥= Challenging to maintain for 5 min and difficult to talk
🔥🔥🔥= Unable to talk and unable to maintain for more than 30 seconds
